Returns and Exchanges

Please note: Currently, due to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), deliveries from all fulfillment centers, even within the USA, are taking longer than usual. Extra precautions are being taken to ensure safe delivery. 

Due to the Massive increase in online shopping everywhere, all shipping companies are dealing with an overwhelming increase in volume. This is resulting in much slower than normal times. We assure you that your item(s) will arrive. Your patience is appreciated.

Packages will NOT be accepted at our Bellingham address.

Please be sure of your purchase, as all orders are processed immediately, and cancellations are not possible. 

Before returning anything, please contact us for a return address. ALL items must be returned to the original destination, NOT our Bellingham address. We use several fulfillment centers and suppliers all over the world, and must make sure all returns are sent to the correct original location before exchange or refund. Failure to do this will only void or delay any refund or exchange. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
This means we must receive your return no later then the 30th day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do NOT supply return shipping labels.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us including a Tracking#. We will then pay to ship out your first exchange to you (no cost for you). After that, additional exchanges on the same order will be charged a postage fee. We do not pay for return shipping.

All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the items are not in re-sellable condition ( damaged or used and/or worn) , they are non - refundable or exchangeable.
If too many items are returned (5 or more items) extra charges may apply.

Any order refused upon delivery, are charged the full delivery and 25% restocking fee. This is non negotiable.

*Hosiery, Underwear, and all Seasonal Items (including costumes and masks) are final sales.
All Swim wear is non returnable/refundable.
Orders placed during give-away promotions may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.


Due to health issues certain items are exempt from our return policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all hosiery, swimwear, and underwear.

Personal items such as ear-buds, hair brushes, nail polish, etc are non returnable.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on SEASONAL items such as Masks, Costumes and Costume Accessories and One of a Kind/Sample Sale items.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Sample Sale & One of a Kind Items.
Costumes are a seasonal item and can only be exchanged for another size.
All Swim wear is non - refundable or exchangeable.

Please note that orders placed during give-away promotions may only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Orders which received give-away items may not be returned for refunds if that means the minimum dollar amount for the give-away will no longer be met.
Promotions for give-aways include any and all give-away specials.

Return Shipping


We do not pay for return shipping.
Any return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We do not provide return shipping labels or tracking. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you must use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are more than happy to find a solution for any product quality issues. Unfortunately, matters of personal taste can not be considered cause for a refund.

Refusal of Delivery

Any order refused upon delivery, are charged the full delivery and 25% restocking fee. This is non negotiable.

Unless agreed beforehand, any orders delivered to you MUST be returned before refund or exchange is given. Should your bank reverse the charge (chargeback), it is considered theft and we WILL contact your local authorities and press charges. Please act accordingly.
